Studio Halloween Parties!

It was the Spirits Halloween parties this week! Since 1998 the Spirit Staff and students dress the week of Halloween! It’s amazing to see how many students participate and how many bring AWESOME treats! I should go back and look through the past staff photos from Halloween week; I guarantee they would bring a smile to all. Here are some photos that were taken this year 2009!

Thank you to the Central City Elementary School and to your students, it was a pleasure to come talk to you about what I do and what uniform I wear.  I hope to get to see a few of you in the studio with the FREE Spirit Dance Class Coupon you were given.  Remember one of the most important things you should do every day is SMILE!  And to the little 2nd grade boy, who I finally got to smile for me, you know who you are…I am still thinking of you!  Keep that smile on.

I do quite a bit of motivational speaking but never have spoken with Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade students about what I do.  What energy they all have; it sure makes you see things in a different light through the eyes of a child.  What a blessing.

 

Bring a Friend to Class!

“Bring a Friend” week was a hit in the Spirits Studio!  The students enjoyed bringing a friend to their dance class and showing them whey they get to do.  The studio students and their friends all participated in a NEW dance routine!

I have to say it was fun for our students but it was enjoyable as a teacher to see how far our dancers/students have come from being in class, they sure stand out.  The confidence they are gaining in themselves is uplifting to see as a coach.
