It seemed like all of Eastern Iowa turned out to help Tiffany celebrate her 40th birthday! A standing room only crowd got to watch what Tiffany and the CR Spirits do best, dance.

Who is in the Oxygen Magazine?

Babette Mulford…That’s who!  Babette Mulford is known in the CR Spirits Professional Dance Team & Studio as the former Itty-Bitty Spirits Instructor!  Babette is an energetic, out-going, spunky friend of Tiffany’s and it all began when Babette auditioned for the Professional Dance Team.

After being on the Professional Dance Team, Tiffany thought Babette’s energy would be a perfect fit for the Itty-Bitty Spirits ages 4 to 6.  It was a transition for Babette leaving the Professional Dance Team but one that has brightened her personal journey.

Babette would be the first to say it was a performance with the CR Spirits that got her into Body Building.  So it is true, people come into your life for a reason.

Well Babette what can I say…except, I love to see people living their dreams.  It keeps you young…at least that is what I go by.  I have enjoyed choreographing your routines over the years.  To see you so excited over your costume, the music you choose, makes choreographing for you, a piece of cake.  I bet some would love to see me do some of the fitness moves I have you do…but that is our little secret.

The CR Spirits Professional Dance Team & Studio was founded by Tiffany Saari-Kuehl.  The Professional Dance Team was the original start to the CR Spirits…a professional group of women that would meet once a week, learn high-energy, crowd pleasing choreography, and perform all over the community.
