The CR Spirits Professional Dance Team is an exquisite group of remarkable young women. The beautiful and talented CR Spirits give a high-energy, crowd-pleasing performance that will capture the attention of any audience.

Since 1993 the CR Spirits Professional Dance Team has been up lifting crowds and adding that unique spark to events in Iowa and the surrounding areas. Bring this amazing dance team to your next event!

The CR Spirits Professional Dance Team is the only adult dance team in Cedar Rapids that has been around since 1993. Yearly auditions produce the best of the best, followed by a strict code of ethics. The dancers are personally picked by owner/choreographer Tiffany Kuehl.

The CR Spirits have performed for:

Chicago- America’s Got Talent, LA- Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve Bash, Las Vegas- Harrrah’s Casino (Toby Keith’s Bar & Grill), Opened for Bowling for Soup & Punchline, Doug Stone, Harlem Globetrotters, Joe Diffie, Montley Crue- Vince Neil & Slaughter, Paul Revere & the Raiders, VIP Lines for Mark Chestnut & Sugarland, Performed with Weird AL, Performed for ASA Races, Dusty Drake, Eric Dodge, KHAWK Country Music Showdown and Major Corporate Events. The coming season is poised to be even better! We are on standby for a spring 10 day celebrity tour in IRAQ to perform for our troops.
