Here is Rachel Bowser!  Rachel is not dancing with the team this season she is just finishing up her music video schedule.  Why? is Rachel not a Spirit Girl this year….Well, she is always a Spirit Girl but I will tell you, Rachel is having a baby!  Congrats!  We are so gonna miss you!  So are your Spirit Fans!

What a great season.  Beautiful and talented women that come together once a week to fulfill a passion!  We know this year Rochelle Frees will not be coming back to do a move in the Spring/Summer and Ashleigh Hunt will not be back either.  I am sure in the photo’s you can tell why Ashleigh will not be back, she is having a baby!

I hope the team enjoyed their night and their gifts!  I think this season was more about getting together than any other season.

Our party was held at Moose McDuffy’s!  They were awesome and the food and drinks just kept coming!  Perfect Night!

Now this Flash Mob was a little different than the one Tiffany had put on for the Iowa State Fair.  Alissa was looking for the Professional Dance Team to kick it off with one of their routines, well…it worked!  The CR Spirits Professional Dance Team had a great time and met some new fans!  Everyone was kind and the crowd was so fun!  Thank You for having the Spirits at your event!

Please join the CR Spirits to help support this event!  The Spirits will be walking!

To the students in the studio, the Especially for you T-shirt with the Spirit Logo on the back can also be used during your dance class!  How great is that!

You have to have the form, the $25 check (payable to the Especially for you Race) and a $1.07 (payable to Garment Design) handed in at the Studio by Tuesday, August 30th by 8pm!  Hope you can join the Spirits in this great cause!

I am sure some of you have seen the engagement on the Spirits Reality TV Clip on Spirits Pizza.  If not it is episode #1, now the big day was here!  Tiffany Saari-Kuehl enjoyed being a part of her special day!

Michelle looked stunning.  Her husband Jon was so happy you could see it in his eyes.  The weather was perfect and all of the decorations we hand made by Michelle herself…So much detail and done with love!

The CR Spirits Professional Dance Team & Studio were already performing on Saturday, August 13th @ 2:00pm on the Susan Knapp Stage, so pulling off a Flash Mob @ 4:00pm on the same day, sounded pretty easy.

One thing Tiffany learned is there are many different types of Flash Mobs.  Some are choreographed routines that only certain chosen people can do, another way is to choreograph something that anyone could jump in and do at anytime.  The end result is the same…it puts a smile on people’s faces when they see it!  Tiffany knew the fair would want as many people to join in as they could…the routine had to be somewhat easy!  The songs chosen (3 of them) had to be fresh and fun!

On the way to Des Moines for the Iowa State Fair, the CR Spirits Van blew a tire…Thank You to Lee’s Lawn Care Service that was driving by!

After our 2:00pm Performance it was time to mentally prepare for the Iowa State Fair Flash Mob!  Tiffany Kuehl here the music and begins to dance…

People were just walking by and thinking that girl is crazy…Tiffany did know that there would be some Spirit Members joining in…but never all of the other people!
